Your Role
As a
Travel Agent
, you'll be the go-to expert for designing tailor-made travel experiences. You'll work directly with clients to plan every detail -- flights, hotels, tours, and hidden gems -- while ensuring each trip runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Create customized travel itineraries and vacation packages for individuals and groups
Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and local experiences
Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and tours using travel software
Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and promotional offers
Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
Meet (and exceed!) monthly sales and satisfaction targets
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in travel/tourism or a strong passion for travel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with booking systems and online research tools
Attention to detail and a flair for creativity in trip planning
