We are looking for an experienced and motivated Holiday Packages Executive to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in designing, customizing, and selling domestic and international holiday packages. Key Responsibilities:
Design and customize holiday packages based on customer needs and preferences
Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international tour packages
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport operators, and tour guides for best deals
Prepare itineraries, costings, and quotations
Provide detailed information about travel destinations, visa procedures, and travel insurance
Upsell optional activities and travel add-ons to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue
Maintain strong product knowledge on current destinations and trends
Ensure a seamless booking process and provide after-sales support
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday package sales or a similar travel role
Strong destination knowledge (domestic and international)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with booking platforms or CRMs
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong customer service skills

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
