night shift team
and provide exceptional customer service and booking support to clients during off-hours.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Travel Agent
with at least 3 years of industry experience to handle bookings, customer queries, and travel arrangements during night shifts. This is an ideal role for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for travel who is comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and confirm domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours
Assist clients with last-minute bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes
Monitor and respond to client emails, calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner
Use booking platforms (e.g., AmadeusGDS systems) to research and process reservations
Provide travel advice and solutions based on client preferences and budget
Maintain accurate records and documentation of bookings and client interactions
Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless handover and client service continuity
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a travel agent or in a travel-related customer service role
Proficiency in at least one major GDS system (Amadeus, )
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Able to work independently and handle pressure during high-demand periods
Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Knowledge of international travel requirements and regulations is a plus

Pay: ₹12,283.06 - ₹50,000.00 per month
