We are seeking a motivated

Travel Agent - Sales (Fresher)

to join our travel team. The role involves selling travel services, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with

air ticketing, holidays, and travel bookings

.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries for air tickets, holidays, and travel services Assist with domestic and international

air ticket bookings

Promote and sell tour packages and travel products Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams Maintain booking details and customer records Provide basic post-booking support to customers

Requirements:

Fresher with strong interest in travel sales and air ticketing Good communication and customer-handling skills Willingness to learn air ticketing systems and travel products Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM) Sales-driven and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred) Basic knowledge or training in air ticketing (GDS exposure is a plus)
