Our major offices are in Sweden (HQ), Canada, Greece, India, and Poland.Location: Mumbai:We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who strive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You would be:

• Reporting to the Team Lead to achieve goals
• Working in a state-of-the-art call center, as part of a dynamic customer support team
• Managing high call volumes/email volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers
• Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and insurance.
• 24/7 according to schedule Rotational (Night shifts are included)

Requirements:

• Freshers / IATA degree or diploma in the travel industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Good attention to detail
• Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
• Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
• Ability to manage change and work under pressure

Preferred Requirements:

• Travel Industry knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment.
