Full job description:

We're looking for a dynamic Holiday Consultant to join our team at FFD Travels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling travel packages domestic and international and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries & convert leads. Pitch, Sell Indian domestic and Dubai, Bali, Oman, Russia, etc. Handle queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless booking process. Build strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly sales targets with high closure rates Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions. Stay updated on travel trends, packages, and offers to enhance sales opportunities.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Proven sales experience in the travel domain. Strong knowledge of the above-mentioned destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CRM/Lead management experience preferred Co-ordinate with marketing team in lead generation
