Key Responsibilities

Handle travel inquiries from clients via call, WhatsApp, and email Create customized travel itineraries as per client requirements Coordinate hotel bookings, transport, and tour services Follow up with clients and ensure timely confirmations Maintain accurate customer and booking records Provide professional customer support before and after travel

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Freshers are welcome Experienced travel professionals will be preferred

Language:

Must have good command of

spoken and written English

Technical Requirement:

Candidate must have their

own laptop

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, WhatsApp, Internet) Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Passion for travel and tourism
