We are looking for a skilled

Travel Agent

with hands-on experience in

Amadeus GDS

to join our team for the day shift. The candidate should be capable of handling flight bookings and providing excellent customer service for domestic and international travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle flight reservations, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and refunds using

Amadeus GDS

Manage domestic and international airline bookings Assist customers with fare quotes, schedules, and travel queries Follow airline fare rules and company policies accurately Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve booking issues Maintain accurate booking records and documentation Provide timely and professional customer support

Requirements:

Proven experience working on

Amadeus GDS

Knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, and routing Good communication skills in English (Hindi/regional language is a plus) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Minimum 2

years

of experience in a travel agency preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
