Position: Travel Advisor - Domestic & International Travel Package selling

Key Responsibilities

Handling holiday package inquiries to conclusions from walk-in, corporate clients and online channels. Log in inquiries for follow-through conclusion Converting enquiries to bookings to achieve monthly & yearly sales target on Holidays packages. To do tele sales on holiday packages. Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures & destinations. To promote special IT & Corporate fares for all packages to maximize profits. To participate in trade expos/exhibitions/brochure launches or any other promotional event conducted by tourism board. To comply with Holidays division regulations while constructing the package. To use only company approved suppliers/vendors.

Key Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (preferably Travel & Tourism / Hospitality).

0-3 years of experience in travel sales / BPO sales process. (Freshers with strong sales aptitude and communication skills are welcome.)

Excellent spoken English, Hindi & Bengali (additional languages will be an advantage.)

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

Basic computer proficiency;

Comfortable working in Day shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
