Job Description
Job Summary:
Assisting International customers with their travel procedures like ticketing , etc through calls ( Inbound & Outbound ).
Responsibilities:
Making sure that not only the client purchases the tickets from us but also gets the best service so that he comes back to us for future ticketing.as well.
Requirements:
Ready to work in Rotational Shifts ( Shift timings as of now starts from 7am / 4pm )
Comfortable in handling Calls.
Good communication skills in English.
Immediate Joining.
Age Criteria must be within 20yrs to 35yrs.
