Role Overview : As a Travel Advisor, you will be the driving force in converting inbound flight queries into successful bookings. This is a sales-first role designed for go-getters who thrive in a performance-driven environment and love being rewarded for results.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound calls and convert them into confirmed bookings.Share the best fare options based on customer requirements.Achieve & exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Maximize revenue through exclusive airline contracts.Ensure compliance with sales processes & maintain booking accuracy.Participate in training to enhance sales and product knowledge.
Key Requirements:-
Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism / Hospitality preferred).
0-3 years of air ticket sales / travel sales / BPO sales experience. (Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome!)
Excellent spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
