Responsibilities:
Guide customers about destinations, travel options, and tour packages.
Assist in bookings (tickets, hotels, activities).
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Promote company tours and offers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or previous experience in travel/tourism/customer service
1-3 years of experience (Freshers encouraged).
Female candidates preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Passion for travel and customer service.
