Job Description

Consulting with clients

to understand their travel preferences, budget, and goals

Recommending destinations, accommodations, and activities

based on client interests and current travel trends

Booking travel arrangements

including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours

Creating detailed itineraries

that include transportation, sightseeing, dining, and recreation plans

Providing travel documentation

such as visas, insurance, and health requirements

Advising on travel regulations and safety protocols

, including COVID-19 updates and entry requirements

Managing changes and cancellations

, handling rebookings and refunds when necessary

Ensuring clients stay within budget

while maximizing value and experience
