Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Consultation: Understand customer travel preferences, requirements, and budgets through effective engagement.
  • Travel Planning: Research and curate tailored itineraries using digital tools and resources.
  • Sales & Profitability: Achieve sales targets by leveraging your travel expertise, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving profitable bookings.
  • Booking Management: Manage reservations for accommodations, transport, tours, and other services.
  • Client Support: Provide real-time assistance and support to customers during their trips.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on global travel trends, destination updates, and travel advisories.
  • Feedback & Insights: Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights with marketing, operations, and tech teams to enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in travel package sales.
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, cultures, and trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with travel booking platforms and software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; strong negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with empathy and professionalism when handling customer challenges.
