Travel Operations - (Europe Expert)

Experience - 2.5 to 3 Years or above

Working days- 6 days working

Roles and Responsibilities

We're hiring "Travel Operations" with 2.5 -3yrs experience. Ensuring seamless travel operations & customer satisfaction

Well versed with all international European countries' tourist destinations

To handle the client queries after sales part done.

Experience to make packages of Vietnam,Middle East , Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Denmark, France, and Austria etc. (all European countries)

Design customised itineraries

To coordinate with the vendors & transporters

Coordination with the hoteliers for the payment

Provide the best package to the Travel sales consultant as earliest as possible

Responsible to the total payment before departure

To explain the tour to the client once it's confirmed

To assist client from starting till end of the tour

Well aware about the current tourist guidelines of the different state's governments

Keep financial statements and documents

Well aware about the current tourist guidelines of the different state's governments

v Plan, book, & manage travel, optimize itineraries, negotiate with suppliers, use travel tech, & ensure exceptional customer service

Requirements and skills

Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant/ expert / agent /executive / operations.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach

Well versed in various areas of travel (all European countries, business/holidays, group/individual etc)

Well versed in various areas make packages of Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Denmark, France, and Austria etc. (all European countries)

Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively

Demonstrable ability to handle crises

Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field

Candidates with travel Company experience will be preferred " Same Travel industry"

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
