Job Description

Pangaea Tours and Travels LLP is hiring an Office & Travel Support Executive for our branch located in Pathanapuram, Areekode. The role involves assisting customers with basic travel enquiries and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities



Assist with customer enquiries received via WhatsApp or phone Support flight ticket enquiries and basic coordination with suppliers Assist in hotel bookings, tour packages, and visa documentation Maintain customer details and follow-up records Handle basic office administrative work Learn travel tools and booking platforms (training provided)

Requirements



Minimum educational qualification: pass Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge Preferably: Experience in a travel agency Knowledge of ticketing/hotel booking IATA qualification Willingness to learn travel procedures

Work Schedule



Full-time office role Timing: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday Location: Pathanapuram, Areekode
