Job Description

Clinical Duties:

Provide nursing care to patients undergoing neuro-physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Monitor vital signs, administer medications and manage IV lines as per protocol. Assist in therapeutic procedures and ensure timely execution of physiotherapy plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing notes. Assist doctors, physiotherapists, and other allied health staff during rounds or interventions. Manage wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures efficiently.

Inpatient Department (IPD) Duties:

Ensure 24x7 quality nursing care in coordination with IPD team. Support mobility, hygiene, feeding, and daily care routines of admitted patients. Monitor neurological symptoms and escalate changes in patient condition. Coordinate discharge and admission procedures with caregivers and administration.

Patient & Family Support:

Educate families on caregiving practices post-rehabilitation. Offer emotional support and counsel patients and families sensitively. Maintain respectful communication and uphold dignity in all interactions.

Administrative & Compliance:

Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed. Maintain nursing inventory, equipment upkeep, and daily shift reports. Participate in quality audits, training programs, and clinical reviews.

Qualifications:

GNM Certification from a recognized institute. Registration with Maharashtra Nursing Council. BLS/ACLS certified (preferred).

Requirements:

We Need Nurses who are willing to work Rotational shift & Especially Night Shifts who has worked in ICU before. who has experience working in Reputed hospitals in Pune
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
