Job Description

• Ensure CS ML transportation and warehouse are operated to meet SHS CS QR/ARTD/Guidelines and local shipment storage regulations and follows a 5S principle.
• Responsible for transportation operations, incul. PI analysis, truck stock management and inventory adjustment.
• Responsible for warehouse operation (inbound, outbound)
• Handle material movement between varies spare part storage locations within CS ML properly.
• Conduct GR/GI for inboud and outbound deliveries
• Ensure stock accuracy and implement stocktaking & follow up correction actions
• Work with 3PL partner and ensure that transportation providers fulfill the global CS ML warehouse requirements for storage and parts handling, including managing the 3PLs.
• Cooperation for inventory managaement.
• Responsible for transportation operation and transportation management( including control customs clearance activities for import and export of spare parts Shipment document administration).
• Support the global Transportation network team from CS ML Germany in IT integration topics between the CS ML transportation providers and the CS ML operations (SAP, EDI integration etc. ).
• Fulfill other tasks assigned by team leader.
