Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and design

road, highway, and transportation projects

Prepare

geometric design

(horizontal & vertical alignment, cross-sections) Conduct

traffic studies and analysis

(volume counts, LOS, capacity analysis) Design

pavement structures

(flexible & rigid pavements) Prepare

DPRs, drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates

Review designs as per

IRC, MORTH, AASHTO standards

Coordinate with survey, structure, drainage, and utility teams Assist in

tender documentation and technical reports

Support construction teams and resolve site-related design issues Ensure compliance with

safety, quality, and environmental norms


Required Skills & Software:



AutoCAD, Civil 3D

MX Road / OpenRoads / InRoads

HDM-4, SIDRA, VISSIM (basic knowledge preferred)

Strong knowledge of

IRC codes & MoRTH specifications

Good analytical and report-writing skills

Qualifications:



B.Tech / BE / M.Tech in Civil Engineering

Specialization in

Transportation / Highway Engineering

preferred

Additional Skills (Preferred):



Experience with

NHAI / State Highway projects

Knowledge of

traffic safety & road signage

Coordination with clients and government authorities Ability to work under project deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,293.23 per month
