We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate real impact within business and help transform technology Key responsibilities will include: Independently managing large projects and programs, organization design, operational excellence and transformation projects in areas such as: performance improvement, cost-optimization, cultural changes, business transformations, new strategy development Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions Help drive the central annual planning process which includes distribution of Goals and KPIs, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes Contribute to business insight and decision-making and strategic planning, translation of the strategic plan into the annual plan and hands-on execution of specific projects Help scale services and tools - design processes and procedures that scale with the business\' growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion. Ability to analyse market research data and deliver reports to management. Manage business planning on behalf of assigned field teams and key stakeholders. Manage business exceptions and escalations - Liaison with key stakeholders to resolve inter regional, business unit, segment and geo exceptions and escalations. Managing stakeholders, ensuring timely and qualitative communication, facilitating workshops and client sessions. Managing client relationships and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MBA (Strategy, Marketing, Operations specialization would be a plus) with engineering background is preferred 1-3 years relevant experience in Business Operations, Business Development, R&D, Services in Automotive or related domain (would be a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization Able to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly PREFERRED SKILLS Experience working in Strategy, Operations and Finance within a high-growth company is a plus Strong understanding & know how of basic Microsoft Office Tools (Excel + MAcros, PowerPoint, Word) Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI and CRM Salesforce will be a plus WHATS IN IT FOR YOU An intellectually challenging role within a leading TATA company Growth potential in a dynamic and diverse team Opportunity to shadow & work with Senior leadership team 360-degree exposure to all functions & business If anyone interested, please write to [HIDDEN TEXT] or 8970280262
