Job Description

The Transport In-Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily transportation activities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of company vehicles, materials, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor daily vehicle movements for dispatch, delivery, and staff transport Ensure drivers follow company rules, safety norms, and traffic regulations Maintain vehicle documents such as RC, insurance, permit, PUC, and fitness certificates Track fuel consumption, mileage, and kilometer readings Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and breakdown support Verify trip sheets, log books, and travel records Monitor opening and closing kilometer readings and related records Ensure on-time reporting of vehicles and drivers Communicate with production, stores, and HR departments for transport requirements Handle basic vendor coordination for repairs and spare parts Report transport issues, delays, or incidents to management

Qualification:

Any degree or diploma (preferred) Basic knowledge of vehicle operations and maintenance Good coordination and communication skills Ability to maintain records and reports Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting)

Preferred Candidate:

1-2 years experience in factory, logistics, or fleet operations Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
