Roles and Responsibilities

Supervision and Management:

Oversee drivers and dispatchers, ensuring on-time deliveries and adherence to schedules.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Monitor vehicle maintenance needs, arrange repairs, and ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with transportation laws and regulations, and implement safety procedures.

Problem Solving:

Resolve transportation-related issues, including delays, accidents, and breakdowns.

Communication:

Maintain clear communication with drivers, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Record Keeping:

Maintain records of driver hours, vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other relevant documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
