We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Transport Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation department, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of drivers and support staff, coordinate logistics, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services. The Transport Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and implementing safety protocols. This position demands excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities

Be On time Oversee daily transportation operations and staff. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Coordinate the daily route planning. Monitor and manage transportation budgets. Implement and enforce safety protocols. Driver Follow up and tracking.(Drivers Changes/Deployment) Maintain accurate records of transportation activities. Conduct regular performance evaluations of Drivers. Resolve any transportation-related issues or disputes. Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations. Ensure timely delivery of Service. Manage vehicle maintenance and repair schedules. Develop and implement training programs for Drivers like KYT and Safety programme. Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures. Prepare and submit regular reports to management. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. MIS of Daily Activities
Salary will be fixed right candidate by negotioable. Immediate joiner required.
