Job Description

Good Communication Skills, Multi-Lingual required Onboarding and Off boarding drivers Manage and support transport staff, including drivers and other personnel, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance. Plan and optimize delivery routes, manage transportation schedules, and coordinate with other departments to streamline processes. Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, arrange for repairs, and manage vehicle records, including insurance and other documentation. Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety training, and ensure all operations adhere to relevant laws and guidelines. Communicate effectively with drivers, other departments, and potentially customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues. Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including vehicle logs, maintenance schedules, and driver information.
