Transport Supervisor (Driver Handling)

We are looking for a responsible

Transport Supervisor

to manage and coordinate company drivers and vehicle movement for our EV manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise company drivers for factory, office, and material movement

Plan and monitor daily vehicle schedules, routes, and trip allocations

Ensure timely pick-up and drop of employees, materials, and goods

Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and performance records of drivers

Ensure drivers follow company rules, safety norms, and traffic regulations

Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams for vehicle requirements

Maintain vehicle-related documents such as RC, Insurance, PUC, Fitness & Permits

Track vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair schedules

Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and cost control

Handle driver issues, leave management, and replacement arrangements

Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and transport regulations

Maintain transport MIS reports and daily movement logs

Support emergency and breakdown handling when required

Skills & Requirements:

Knowledge of transport operations and driver management

Basic understanding of EV vehicle handling (preferred)

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple drivers and schedules

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)

Problem-solving and time-management skills

Preferred Qualification:

Graduate

Experience in manufacturing 1/2 Years
