Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily school transportation schedules and routes.
Ensure timely arrival and departure of buses.
Supervise school bus drivers and support staff.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, traffic laws, and school policies.
Conduct regular safety checks of school vehicles.
Arrange for driver training and safety briefings.
Serve as the point of contact for transportation-related concerns from parents, staff, and students.
Communicate route changes, delays, or emergencies promptly.
Liaise with local traffic authorities and vehicle service providers.
Monitor maintenance schedules and inspections of all school vehicles.
Keep detailed logs of routes, schedules, incidents, and maintenance history.
Ensure proper documentation of drivers' licenses, permits, and background checks.
Supervise, schedule, and evaluate drivers.
Handle driver discipline and performance issues when necessary.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new transportation staff.
May involve early morning or late afternoon shifts.
Some weekend or evening work may be required for school events.
Work is both office-based and on-site with transport vehicles.

Should be familiar with Infra and Admin work
