Job Description

Level 1: -



1. Coordinate between Response Centre team, Vendor Team, Safety, Security & other stake holders as needed.

2. Coordinate with Cab Vendor Tracking team to ensure all inducted and compliant vehicles reach pickup points in time for logins & logouts.

3. Track the 1st pick-up for all routes in each shift.

4. Arrange for backup cabs in case of Vehicle breakdown/vehicle met with an accident/incident.

5. Facilitate conference calls between women employees and drivers where required during the operations & ensure women employees' contact numbers are not shared with the Drivers or any other unauthorized person.

6. Monitor MoveInsync & Fleet Vigil tools to track the employee's movement during transit.

7. Monitor and respond to emails received in Transport Operations generic/functional mail IDs.

8. Make calls to check whether women employees have reached their home safely during designated hours in night windows as mandated by IBM.

9. Monitor & ensure that escort guard is allocated for all first pick up and last drop women employee (FFBLD )/ special needs employee as needed.

10. Share the incident details with Response Centre team & Ops Leaders timely.

11. Monitor & work with respective employees to get their employee profile(Address, Nodal

point & Lat-long) corrected. IBM employee Personnel information to be strictly used for IBM

business purpose only.

12. Preparing the functional reports on daily basis using Moveinsync/other automation tool.

13. BCP sheet usage details to be captured & validated.

14. Support Employee Transport Operations team to manage any BCP situations, accidents or

incidents.

15. Inform/Escalate to the next level in case of any issues in the operations, vehicle shortage, vendor/employee issues & incident/accident.

Skill Set :-



1. Should have relevant experience for 1 to 2 years preferably in employee shift transport

operation/customer service

2. Good communication & Soft skills - Should be able to express clearly over call / e-mails and with employees / vendor staff and stake holders with clarity.

3. Good working knowledge of Excel. PowerPoint knowledge would be a plus.

4. Ability to manage data/artifacts and follow IBM defined process and procedure.

5. Experience in Automation tool will be a plus/added advantage (Moveinsync /other automation

tool etc..)

6. Strong adaptability, teamwork and collaboration skill

7. Geographical knowledge of the city of deployment.

8. Should be comfortable to work from alternate locations within the city based on business requirement during day/night window

9. Should be flexible to work in different shifts as per business / operation requirement. (At NCR resource should be flexible to commute and work from Gurgaon & Noida cities as and when required)

10. Consistently ensure that business is conducted with high integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with company values & guidelines.

11. Should be well versed in English and local language

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
