Partner with architecture, data center, and cloud engineering teams to align transport solutions with hyperscaler growth. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and set best practices for design and troubleshooting. Engage with vendors (Juniper, Ciena, Arista) to evaluate roadmaps and influence product direction. Quality Audit and Evaluation: Ensure adherence to industry standards in quality management. Foster proactive engagement in quality awareness initiatives. Enhance customer satisfaction through a commitment to quality excellence. 8+ years of experience in transport network engineering with hyperscalers, carriers, or large-scale ISPs. Hands-on expertise with Juniper PTX/MX/QFX, Ciena 6500/ Waveserver, and Arista 7000/7800 series. Strong knowledge of DWDM, OTN, coherent optics, Ethernet/MPLS, BGP, IS-IS, Segment Routing, EVPN. Proven ability to automate network provisioning and monitoring using Python, Ansible, or equivalent. Experience in hyperscaler environments or large-scale cloud/data center networks.
