Looking for an experienced Fleet Management professional with 15+ years of experience handling large fleets (minimum 100 vehicles). Candidate should have strong exposure to
road construction, mining, or transport companies
and be capable of managing end-to-end fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of 100+ vehicles
Ensure vehicle availability, utilization, and maintenance
Control fuel, maintenance, and operating costs
Handle statutory compliance, permits, insurance, and documentation
Lead drivers, mechanics, and fleet staff
Ensure safety, discipline, and regulatory compliance
Prepare fleet MIS and performance reports
