Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or relevant field preferred).
Proven experience as a Transport Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of fleet management, routing, and transport regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
