Job Description

A Transport Manager in Sales & Marketing for FTL (Full Truck Load) transportation focuses on generating revenue and acquiring new clients by developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and understanding market trends within the logistics sector. They manage the sales cycle, including lead generation, proposals, and closing deals, while collaborating with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FTL logistics sector. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company sales targets and revenue goals. Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and building a strong network of contacts.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their logistics needs. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Address client complaints and resolve issues related to FTL services.

Market & Sales Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas for FTL services. Analyze sales performance and prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.

Sales Operations & Strategy:

Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to new and existing clients. Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitable business. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of FTL services.

Campaign & Marketing:

Participate in and contribute to marketing plans as needed. Drive and coordinate marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as exhibitions, magazines, and social media, to promote FTL services.

Team and Process Management (if applicable):

Lead and manage a sales team to achieve company goals. Assist in the development of action plans for effective lead generation and sales activities.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
