Job Purpose
Executes and follows up complex Shipping operation/coordination

o Provides transport cost and man-hours estimation and reports, monitors budget vs. project execution o Implements methods and means of Transportation in agreement with Project Procurement Manager o Plans and revises shipping schedule o Prepares and issues specifications, Invitation to Bid, Negotiation documents, and Service Orders o Defines and assigns to Forwarding Agents any shipments out of Service Orders o Contacts suppliers and coordinates pick-up operations, based on the loading/shipping plan for each shipment o Issues or coordinates the issue of import-export documentation, together with the Administration Department when necessary o Issues and updates the Shipping Notice to the various parties involved and sends a separate set of shipping documents to the field
You are meant for this job if:
o Technical diploma or relevant degree/ diploma o 3 to 5 years of experience on management and coordination of complex shipping schemes
