Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily transport schedules for staff, students, or goods.
Supervise drivers, conductors, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure timely maintenance, servicing, and registration of vehicles.
Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel-related records.
Maintain vehicle logs, route plans, and transport-related documentation.
Implement and monitor safety protocols for vehicles and passengers.
Handle transport-related queries, complaints, or emergencies.
Coordinate with management for transport budgeting and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with local transport regulations and licenses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Bachleor's Degree
3-7 years of experience in transport management or fleet operations.
Knowledge of traffic rules, vehicle maintenance, and safety standards.
Good organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to plan and manage multiple routes and schedules efficiently.
Proficiency in basic record-keeping and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing school, corporate, or institutional transport operations.
Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems or transport management software.
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday (or as per organizational requirements)
Flexibility for early mornings or late evenings, depending on routes.
