: Transport In-charge

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate having experience in logistics/Travel Desk/Transport Management (especially in educational institutions) with 10+ yrs of experience.

Must be familiar with Chennai & Tiruvallur area and good at routing

Qualification: Dip/Mech Automobile

Roles & Responsibilities

Facilitate Transport registration enquiries and onboard the associates Attend enquiries/grievances over phone for addressal Monitor the Transport team members and follow up for closure in time Follow-up with Associates to confirm if the request/grievance is addressed and then proceed for closure of the issue Maintain Daily Operations reports, Daily Feedback reports and send to Transport Manager. Generation of Monthly consolidated reports and MMR reports. Maintain New Registrations, De- registrations of transport, Ensure records are updated and send Weekly report. Checking/ Validating Trip sheets & Invoices, and willing to take up any other transport related assignments time-to-time Must be willing to work and progress Sound knowledge in logistics Age above - 35-42 Own Two Wheeler holder. Preferred RTO Knowledge. Immediate joiners.
