We are looking for a

skilled and responsible Transport Manager

to lead and manage our complete transportation department.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

entire school bus fleet

, drivers, and transport staff. Prepare and optimize

vehicle route mapping

for safe & efficient pick-up/drop. Monitor

daily bus operations, schedules, and compliance with safety protocols

. Maintain

fuel consumption reports

, mileage tracking, and cost control. Oversee

bus maintenance

, servicing, and upkeep of spare parts inventory. Maintain proper documentation related to vehicles, permits, insurance & logs. Coordinate with parents, school management, and transport vendors when required. Handle emergency situations related to breakdowns or route interruptions. Ensure strict adherence to

RTO guidelines, school safety norms, and transport policies

.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as

Transport Manager / Transport Incharge

in a school or educational institution. Strong knowledge of

route planning

, fleet handling, and student transport safety. Experience in

bus spare parts, maintenance cycles, and operational checks

. Ability to maintain

fuel logs, mileage reports, and cost efficiency

. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and emergency management abilities.
