Job Description

Transport Operations Route Planning Practitioner



Level 1



1. Preparing the route plan for day-to-day pickup & drop in MoveInSync/other automation tool as per the cut-off time.

2. Initiating the actions to increase the occupancy ratio.

3. Ensure to run Auto vendor allocation for all shifts, periodic validation of Auto vendor allocation and escalate to next level in case of any discrepancies.

4. Medical, PwDA & Non-motorable and all other special need cases to be taken care while

planning the routes.

5. Trip feedbacks to be monitored on daily basis & necessary actions to be initiated to improve on

E-Sat.

6. Monitor and respond to emails received related to routing issues & maintain an issue tracker.

7. Support last minute adhoc requests with necessary documentations.

8. Any manual change on vendor/cab to be updated with proper comment in the tool.

9. Support creating non-shift trip basis operations team request.

10. Employee address to be validated & if any employee stays beyond the out of Transport boundary limit area, it should be escalated to employee's manager.

11. Review the routes trend periodically & Initiate the actions to increase the occupancy ratio & to optimize the routes including escort trips.

12. Prepare functional reports pertaining to routing management and forward the summary with analysis to Transport manager.

13. Generating the daily, weekly, monthly functional reports.

Skill Set



1. Open to multi-tasking and adapt to dynamic business requirements.

2. Shouldhave relevant experience for 1 to 2 years preferably in employee shift transport operation/Route planning/customer service

3. Good communication & Soft skills - Should be able to express clearly over call / e-mails and with employees / vendor staff and stake holders with clarity.

4. Should have good analytical skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Transport automation tool (like, Movieinsync /

other automation tool).

6. STRENGTH - Adaptability, Focus, Teamwork and collaboration.

7. Consistently ensure that business is conducted with high integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with company values & guidelines.

8. Foresight - Ability to plan and respond to emergencies

9. Good geographical knowledge of the city of deployment.

10. Should be comfortable to work from alternate locations within the city based on business requirement. Shouldbe comfortable to work from alternate locations within the city based on business requirement during day/night window.

11. Should be flexible to work in different shifts as per business / operation requirement. (At NCR resource should be flexible to commute and work from Gurgaon & Noida cities as and when required)

12. Should be well versed with English and the local language of the city of deployment

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
