Position 1
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven
Vehicle Sourcing Executive
to join our Employee Transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing vehicles directly from driver-cum-owners or through vendors, negotiating competitive pricing, and ensuring a minimum 20-30% margin while meeting client requirements.
What Youll Do
Source vehicles (sedans, hatchbacks, SUVs, buses, etc.) to match client and city-specific demands.
Build strong relationships with driver-cum-owners and vendors for long-term partnerships.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to align with client budgets and ensure profitability.
Manage end-to-end vehicle induction, including documentation, compliance, GPS, branding, and driver onboarding.
Maintain a strong vendor/owner network to support quick deployment and scalability.
Work closely with operations and account teams to fulfill sourcing needs within defined timelines.
Monitor performance of sourced vehicles and take corrective action where required.
Position 2
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Vehicle Deployment Executive
to join our Employee Transportation team. The role is responsible for efficient trip allocation, reducing empty legs, ensuring drivers receive optimal trips, and supporting long-term driver retention strategies.
What Youll Do
Plan and allocate trips to minimize empty legs and maximize vehicle utilization.
Ensure every driver gets sufficient trips daily to maintain engagement and retention.
Assign the
first trip and last trip close to the drivers garage
to reduce unproductive travel.
Monitor and balance business distribution among multiple fleet partners and Driver-Cum-Owners (DCOs).
Develop and implement a
driver retention plan
through fair trip allocation, route optimization, and transparent communication.
Coordinate with operations and vendor teams to ensure timely deployment and adherence to SLAs.Track vehicle performance, trip productivity, and address operational gaps proactively.
Provide daily/weekly reports on trip allocation efficiency and driver utilization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
