Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized

Transport Executive

to manage and coordinate the movement of goods for both domestic and international shipments. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of transport logistics, vendor management, and compliance requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule daily transport operations for incoming and outgoing shipments. Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, CHA, and courier partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Monitor vehicle availability, route planning, and load optimization for efficient deliveries. Ensure proper documentation for all shipments including invoices, e-way bills, LRs, delivery challans, etc. Track shipments and update internal systems and concerned departments regularly. Resolve any delivery issues or delays and communicate proactively with stakeholders. Ensure transport compliance with legal, safety, and company standards. Maintain a database of logistics vendors and evaluate their performance. Support in freight rate negotiation and cost optimization efforts. Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and sales teams for smooth dispatch operations.
