Transport Executive

Work Dynamics

What this job involves:

• The role is responsible to ensure command center is manned 24*7 and backup fill if required.
• Ensure team responds to customer\xe2\x80\x99s requisition and/or issues through calls, emails and Corrigo Portal.
• Ensure follow-up and escalation of pending Work orders to ensure adherence to KPI and compliance.
• Ensure team is monitoring the defined parameters and in case of any deviation to be highlighted and reported as per process 24/7.
• Be first of point for any incident/accidents real-time and take corrective action and/or direct team as per defined processes.
• Validation and capturing of data recorded by the team and sharing with required stakeholders as per timeline.
• Preparation and sharing of various reports with the stakeholders as per timeline.
• Incident and Accident investigation, preparation of report and reporting as per defined process.
• Conducting audit as per audit calendar, preparation and sharing of audit reports.
• Team management, roster and other administrative task of the function.
• Liaising with various counterparts with the organization in AsPac region.

Employee specification

• Candidate should be graduate and work in shift 24
• Position will be based out of Pune
• Experience in customer support in IT/ITES/Hospitality industry of minimum 6 months.
• Prior experience in employee transport and/or workplace helpdesk will be preferred.
