Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software is a plus. Valid driver\'s license. Roles And Responsibilities Coordinate and manage transportation activities, including the scheduling and routing of vehicles. Plan and implement transportation strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet transportation needs. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Resolve transportation-related issues and escalations in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and expenses. Evaluate and select transportation vendors and negotiate contracts and rates. Conduct regular performance reviews of transportation operations and implement improvements as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in transportation technology and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
