Job Summary:

The RTO Executive is responsible for handling all tasks related to vehicle registration, transfer, permits and compliance with Regional Transport Office (RTO) regulations.

The role ensures smooth processing of RTO documentation, timely submission of files, and coordination with authorities to support vehicle sales and delivery operations.Key

Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify and process documents required for new vehicle registration, ownership transfer, hypothecation, NOC, permits, and fitness certificates.

Coordinate with the RTO office for submission, approval and collection of registration certificates (RC).

Maintain accurate and updated records of all RTO-related transactions and documents.

Ensure timely completion of registration process to support vehicle delivery timelines.Liaise with finance companies for hypothecation and removal processes.

Handle RTO-related queries from customers and provide necessary assistance.Monitor changes in RTO rules, regulations and compliance requirements.

Manage filing, tracking and safe custody of RTO documents (insurance, PUC, address proofs, etc.).

Prepare MIS reports on registrations, pending cases and completed files.Ensure adherence to all legal and compliance requirements related to RTO documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.1-5 years of experience in RTO / Registration work

Strong knowledge of RTO procedures, documentation and compliance requirements.

Good communication and coordination skills.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).

Ability to handle customers, RTO vendors and internal team efficiently.

Timely completion of vehicle registrations.Accuracy of documentation submitted to RTO.

Number of pending/overdue registration cases.

Compliance with all RTO/legal requirements.
