Transport Executive
Work Dynamics
What this job involves:
Duties & responsibilities

• Transport executive should have experience of 3-4 years in transport field
• Transport coordinator should have experience of 1-2 years in the transport ground operations
• Routeing
• Should have experience in rostering
• Should have knowledge of the area
• Compliance Management : adherence to 100% vehicle compliance (Vehicle documentation, Drivers documentation, Cab maintenance documentation & transport vehicle compliance)
• Should be able to work on the transport software
• Driver Briefing Session : Weekly drivers briefing sessions needs to be conducted
• Handle the transport helpdesk and answer employee's queries, complaints and requests.
• Should be able to handle shift independently

Performance objectives

• Provide Superior Client Service (weighting 50%)
• Initiative or Process Improvement in Functional Area (weighting 40%)
• Personal and Professional Development (weighting 10%)
