Transport Executive - Driver Helpline Supporter

Role Overview:
The Driver Helpline Supporter will act as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and providing real-time assistance to ensure seamless operations within the transport department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driver Support:
Respond to calls and messages from drivers regarding operational concerns, vehicle issues, or emergencies.
Guide drivers on SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
2. Issue Resolution:
Coordinate with the maintenance team for vehicle breakdowns.
Address grievances or route-related queries promptly.
3. Monitoring & Reporting:
Track driver queries and maintain a log for review and follow-up.
Prepare periodic reports for the transport manager.
4. Communication:
Maintain effective communication between drivers, dispatchers, and the transport department.
Provide updates on policies, changes in routes, or schedules to the drivers.
5. Compliance Assistance:
Ensure drivers adhere to company and legal transport standards.
Assist in verifying required documents like licenses, permits, etc.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with transport operations and driver management.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic record-keeping software.
