Key Responsibilities

Plan, optimize, and monitor daily vehicle routes, departure timing, and arrival schedules. Select the suitable mode/type of transport based on material size, category, and urgency. Supervise dispatch operations with proper documentation, safety protocols, and compliance. Coordinate closely with warehouse, operations, and procurement teams for timely dispatches. Track vehicle movement in real time, ensuring adherence to scheduled routes and timelines. Prepare and submit daily/weekly transport MIS reports to management.
