Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Transport Coordinator to manage and monitor the daily movement of school buses. The role requires strong coordination skills, clear communication, and the ability to ensure safe and timely transportation for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor daily fleet movement of school buses Ensure buses arrive at school and designated pickup/drop points on time without delays Communicate regularly with drivers to track routes and schedules Maintain effective communication with parents and teachers regarding transportation updates Handle route planning and resolve transportation-related issues promptly Ensure compliance with safety norms and school transport guidelines Maintain transportation records and daily reports

Requirements:

Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple vehicles and schedules efficiently Problem-solving mindset and calm approach during emergencies Prior experience in transport coordination or school transport management is an advantage
