Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and monitor

daily transport operations to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and internal teams for seamless execution.

Track and monitor shipments

, resolving issues proactively to minimize delays. Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including vehicle utilization and cost tracking. Ensure compliance with

company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

. Support supply chain efficiency through

route optimization

and cost-effective solutions. Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch planning.
Desired Skills & Competencies

Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce or related field. Strong understanding of

transport regulations, vendor management, and documentation

. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or logistics management software.

Problem-solving mindset

with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
