Minimum 3 years of experience

as a Transplant Coordinator (Renal, Liver, and/or Bone Marrow).

Thorough knowledge of

live and cadaver donor protocols

Job role

We are seeking an experienced

Transplant Coordinator

to manage and coordinate all aspects of renal, liver, and bone marrow transplant programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient coordination, donor evaluation, documentation, and liaison with medical, surgical, and government authorities involved in transplantation.

Coordinate and manage

live and cadaveric transplant cases

(renal, liver, and bone marrow). Conduct

patient and donor counseling

, ensuring clear understanding of procedures and protocols. Manage

recipient and donor evaluation

, scheduling investigations, and maintaining all required documentation.

Liaise with JSK (Jeeva Sarthakathe)

and other regulatory bodies for cadaver transplants. Maintain and update the

transplant registry

and ensure compliance with all transplant-related legal requirements. Assist in organ allocation, retrieval coordination, and post-transplant follow-up. Collaborate with surgical, nephrology, hepatology, hematology, and ICU teams for smooth case execution. Provide emotional and procedural support to patients and families during all phases of transplantation. Participate in

awareness programs, audits, and data reporting

related to transplant activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
