Duties/Responsibilities:

- Develops and maintains the social service program, drafting supporting policies, procedures, and guidelines for the program.

- Well versed with Kidney Transplant Coordinator profile and its documentation.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Masters in Social Work with 2-3 years of work experience in Transplant Coordination profile. Strong coordination skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail and time management perspective. Ability to work independently as well as being proactive on Can speak fluent English, Hindi and Marathi.
