CTG is seeking to fill a Transition Manager- Talent Transformation for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Position Summary:
The Transition Manager - Talent Transformation will lead and manage the seamless transfer of service delivery responsibilities from the client to the delivery organization. This role ensures transitions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations, while maintaining strong relationships and operational continuity.
Key Duties:
Lead and coordinate all aspects of service transitions, including planning, execution, and closeout.
Develop transition strategies, timelines, and cost estimates aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with client and internal teams to ensure continuity of services.
Apply standard transition methodologies and best practices.
Identify, track, and mitigate transition risks and issues.
Maintain client satisfaction and foster strong relationships throughout the transition.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong project and program management skills with multi-tasking ability.
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.
Analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with service delivery, HR transformation, and organizational change.
Ability to implement effective transition strategies.
Experience:
Proven experience managing service transition programs, ideally in Talent Transformation or HR services.
Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with strong relationship-building skills.
Track record of delivering transitions on time and within budget.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
