Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Transition Manager - Finance for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Lead finance-focused transition activities, ensuring smooth transfer of service delivery from client to delivery organization.
Develop and implement transition plans, applying standard methodologies and best practices.
Manage budgets, costs, and financial resources throughout the transition process.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Oversee all or part of transition and transformation programs, identifying and mitigating risks.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and process alignment.
Skills:
Strong financial management and analytical skills.
Project/transition management experience, preferably in finance.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in financial tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
Experience:
5-7 years in finance, accounting, or financial management roles.
Proven experience managing finance-related transitions or transformations.
Client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver satisfaction.
Experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
PMP, CTP, or relevant finance/project certification is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, with a competitive benefits package. Salary offers reflect skills, experience, education, certifications, and market factors. About Us:
